Rút gọn rồi tính:

a) \( \displaystyle{2 \over 6} \times {7 \over 5}\)                       b) \( \displaystyle{{11} \over 9} \times {5 \over {10}}\)                       c) \( \displaystyle{3 \over 9} \times {6 \over 8}\) 

Phương pháp giải:

Rút gọn các phân số thành phân số tối giản (nếu được), sau đó thực hiện phép nhân hai phân số như thông thường.

Lời giải chi tiết:

a) \( \displaystyle{2 \over 6} \times {7 \over 5} = {1 \over 3} \times {7 \over 5} = {{1 \times 7} \over {3 \times 5}} = {7 \over {15}}\)

b) \( \displaystyle{{11} \over 9} \times {5 \over {10}} = {{11} \over 9} \times {1 \over 2} = {{11 \times 1} \over {9 \times 2}}\)\( \displaystyle = {{11} \over {18}}\)

c) \( \displaystyle{3 \over 9} \times {6 \over 8} = {1 \over 3} \times {3 \over 4} = {{1 \times 3} \over {3 \times 4}} ={{3} \over {12}}\)\( \displaystyle= {1 \over 4}\)
